Private Instruction Packages
The Cherokee Valley Golf Academy offers one, two, and three-day sessions, including the Golf Academy Short Game School, and custom-tailored private instruction packages. Cherokee Valley is also the host site for the world’s leader in golf instruction the John Jacobs Golf School. All of the programs include state-of-the-art video analysis. Whether you are new to the game or a low handicapper, we have a program that will help you play better golf!
The Academy features one of the greatest golf staffs in the country: former National Director for the Golf Digest Schools, Dave Maga; Augusta National Golf Professional, Bob Kletcke; and South Carolina Section PGA Certified Professional, Brian Gordner.
The Cherokee Valley Golf Academy is proud to offer a full range of services. PGA Certified Teaching Professional Brian Gordner will be conducting all instruction. When you take advantage of our Golf Academy facilities, you will quickly improve your game while learning the skills you need to become your own golf coach in the future, continuing to improve even after you leave the school!

9-hole Playing Lesson
Fee: $125 includes greens fee and cart
Club Fitting
Equipment assessment and fitting with Vector Pro Launch Monitor.
Fee: $40 per ½ hour
Ball Fitting
Ball testing and fitting with Vector Pro Launch Monitor
Fee: $40 per ½ hour
